Untied | United is an interactive installation created with composer/sound artist Beth Bradfish in collaboration with the Harvestworks TEAM in NYC on Governors Island. Visual elements in the room worked in unison with the soundscape to evoke both the fragility and resilience of close relationships. Elastic threads created a web-like pattern, and once the threads were touched, the relationship with the room began. Sounds are built and mixed unpredictably depending on the thread's density and the number of people interacting at any given time.
